MEASUREMENTS: Ring band is 1.5mm wide, at the back.
Sapphire is 5.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.60ct.
Diamond is 5.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.50ct. Est I/J colour, Vs-si clarity (no dark spot inclusions to the eye, she is clean and clear!
Weight: 3.2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Platinum stone settings, Natural Sapphire (0.60ct - no evidence of heat treatment), Old Mine cut Diamond (0.50ct).

STAMPS: 18CT inside band.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
