MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 50.5mm long inc hooks.
Earrings are 18.5mm wide.
Diamonds are approx. 3.4mm long x 3.7mm wide, weighing approx. 0.35ct combined.*
Pearls are 1.5mm in diameter.
Weight: 7.4g combined.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Black Enamel, Rose Cut Diamond (0.35ct), Pearls.
STAMPS: French Eagles Head for 18ct Gold on base of levers.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. These antique French 18ct Gold black Enamel Diamond day & night earrings are in superb condition. The Gold is brightly saturated and the black Enamel is pristine and defined. Each rose-cut Diamond has crisp facets and is securely set, with no fleabites visible, and the Pearls are all present with a lovely silvery sheen. There is some general wear, to be expected from a piece of jewellery created over a century ago, and one of the ball details on one earwire has some damage, but this is barely noticeable amongst the fine details of the earrings. All the components are securely affixed with robust lever-backs that allow for confident wear!
