Our hearts are melting for these antique 15ct Gold Pearl swallow earrings, and yours surely will too! Two 15ct Gold Swallows swoop downwards, with their delicate wings adorned with rows of shimmering seed Pearls, perfectly complementing the rich, buttery hue of the 15ct Gold body.

Each bird is accented with tiny berry-red Paste eyes, looking down towards heart-shaped drops, hanging daintily from their beaks. Symbolic of luck, prosperity and fidelity, swallows are the perfect motif to adorn yourself with everyday! These Victorian earrings will add a touch of antique character to every outfit.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 33.5mm long x 19.5mm wide.
Heart drops are 7mm long x 5.5mm wide.
Peals graduate from 1mm to 2mm in diameter.
Weight: 2.4g (individually)

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold, Pearl, Paste

STAMPS: 15ct stamp on both.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD. These antique 15ct Gold Pearl swallow earrings are in very good condition. The gorgeous seed Pearls are all present and securely held within their settings. While there is some natural variation in the tone of some of the Pearls, this is only noticeable under close inspection. The 15ct Gold is bright and the form of the birds has kept magnificently over the years. There is a little wear to the Gold on the underbellies of the birds, particularly on one, but this is subtle and not visible when worn. With slender and robust earring hooks, you can wear these delightful Victorian swallow earrings with absolute confidence!
