MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 20.5mm long including jump ring.
Pendant itself is 17.5mm long x 16.5mm wide.
Star Sapphire is 12.5mm long x 10.5mm wide, weighing approx. 10.50ct.
Rubies are 2.5mm in diameter.

MATERIALS: Tests as 14ct Gold, Natural Star Sapphire (10.50ct), Rubies
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT: This antique 14ct Gold Natural Star Sapphire Ruby cluster pendant is in wonderful condition, with all stones securely set and the original craftsmanship beautifully preserved. The central Natural Star Sapphire is smoothly domed, with only a few mild surface marks, largely concealed by the Sapphire's soft, shimmering asterism but visible under close inspection. The surrounding Rubies are all present with a radiant hue, they exhibit some minor abrasions, typical for antique pieces of this kind, but this does not detract from the overall appearance or integrity of the setting.
Please note, the back of the central stone has a rough-cut finish, this is not damage, but rather how the natural stone was originally cut, typical of antique jewellery and part of her authentic charm. A charming, well-preserved piece showing gentle, age-appropriate signs of wear. She's magnificent!
