A large faceted pear of pale honey Citrine forms the centrepiece of this Arts and Crafts pendant. Silver leaves and curling stems gather around its top, dotted with small 9ct Gold beads and a trio of contrasting cabochon accents.

Citrine, Star Sapphire and Moonstone bring golden, blue and softly milky tones to the decorative crown. The long, open expanse of the faceted drop gives the design a striking sense of scale, with the botanical metalwork concentrated above.

Faceted Citrine 49mm long x 26mm wide x 16mm deep.
Citrine cabochon 5.5mm in diameter x 4mm deep; Star Sapphire 4mm long x 5.5mm wide x 4mm deep; Moonstone 5.5mm in diameter x 2.5mm deep.

MATERIALS: Tests as Silver with 9ct Gold beaded details.

GEMSTONES: Tested Citrine: faceted pear approximately 81ct and cabochon approximately 0.85ct; Star Sapphire approximately 0.85ct; Moonstone approximately 0.40ct.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
